Not only humans, but dogs also have some emotions like anger, sadness, fear, excitement, happiness and a variety of complex feelings. And this tiny pup is an example of feeling happy after she was saved.

Everyone believes the 7-week-old puppy, Layla would end tragically when they discovered her on the side of a major highway. But thankfully Beaumont Animal Care saved this frightened puppy and taken her to a shelter.

Layla seemed to know that she was very close to losing her life, so she shared her love and happiness with the shelter workers. She was always smiling and she melted the hearts of the vets and volunteers!

When a tech at the animal shelter, Rachel Barron began to speak in a form of baby talk, Barron realized the sweet little girl was sporting an incredibly large grin and the tail was wagging. So Barron knew that this lovely moment must be recorded on the video.

After seeing her cute smile online, Nicole and Matthew walked into the rescue. They fell in love at first sight! Layla nuzzled into the neck of Nicole and refused to leave when Nicole picked Layla up. Layla was such a tiny and affectionate dog!

It’s not hard to see there was an instant connection between Layla and Nicole, so Nicole brought her home!

It was a perfect fit, Layla didn’t take any time to feel right at home. The little girl was very young and full of energy, so she is taking every chance to play, cuddle and fight with the other dogs, cats immediately.

It’s no wonder she couldn’t stop smiling when she was rescued. Layla can be hit by a car or lived a short, rough life on the streets without them.

Layla knew what a happy life was ahead of her!
